With over 30 years of experience in the gym, I am able to give realistic expectations and the path to get there. I have been a personal trainer in Tampa for a number of years, working at a number of gyms both big and small. I have a proven track record of success and have competed on some of the highest levels of the bodybuilding circuit with good success that includes 1991 first place finishes at the Teenage Mr Buffalo, Teenage Mr Great Lakes and 4th place at the National Teenage Bodybuilding Championship. My last personal trainer way always selling me different products. Do all personal trainers spend as much time selling as they do training?
It larger gyms, the personal trainers you come across are typically employees of that gym with quotas to meet. Some are let go in as little as a month or two if they are not meeting their numbers creating a lot of pressure to sell. I am an independent personal trainer which means that I do not have a quota. Most of my business comes from referrals so my goal is to make your experience the best as possible. You will not be sold any nutritional products or be shamed into purchasing additional services.
I enjoy golfing and would like a training regimen that could help my game. Is that something you can help with? I also enjoy playing many sports including golf and understand the need for endurance when playing 18 holes and a desire to get the most out of your drive. After our initial consultation, I will have a good understanding of your goals and expectations. I will be able to develop routines and exercises that will help you target and tone specific areas to achieve the results you are looking for.
